For 18 years, Bill served as a non-profit senior leader where his work helped facilitate a renaissance in a small South Carolina community. This experience fueled his passion for seeing business teams function easily within the constraints of trust and accountability, similar to those found by people existing in close community.
Less an expert and more a “Sherpa” (one who has made repeated and successful trips up the mountain), Bill is skilled at guiding others into the often intimidating territory of organizational health. With experience in human resources and corporate operations, Bill’s background offers him a broad vantage point for observation.
