Creating a fulfilling work environment starts with leaders, and, as a leader, you are creating a culture whether you focus on it or not.
Gallup Organization reported in 2016 that 33% of U.S. employees were involved in, enthusiastic about, and committed to their work and workplace. In the same period, 51% of employees were disengaged.
Disengaged employees are putting in time, but not contributing with all of their heart. Engagement with your employees matters.
